My Steeler Mock Draft; Fire Away Friends
Rounds 1 through 7. My only caveat is the Gilbert choice "goes," if the Steelers feel they need to pick another CB or S.
--Aaron Williams, CB/S
--Will Rackley OG/OT
--Jarvis Jenkins NT/DE
--Marcus Gilbert, OT
--Cliff Mathews, OLB/DE
--Dion Lewis, RB
--Alex Henery, K/P

Yikes! Lots of names I've not heard before there - I'd better get to the highlight clips before the Draft! Cheers!

Re: My Steeler Mock Draft; Fire Away Friends
Williams showed up in that Sporting News mock as going at the top of the 3rd. I wonder what they saw that caused them to rate him that low?
Rackley would be a great add for the Steelers. Doing my own pre-draft analysis, we might need to draft a second G at the end of the draft. When Kemo is your best option at the position, it points up the gravity of the situation at the position.
Overall, I like the positions you have put into this mock. Altho, I will say, that it'll take at least a 4th Round pick to get Henery if the Steelers really covet him. He'll be gone by the middle of the 5th Round, at the latest.

Re: My Steeler Mock Draft; Fire Away Friends
I like Henery because of his K&P versatility, but if we end up drafting or "signing"--assuming there is a new labor deal and we can sign college FAs--I'll take kickers Forbath or Casper.
In some/many ways no CBA might make it easier to sign college FAs when there is a deal because if they become aware that the Steelers want them (however that is legally communicated) then maybe the better non-draftees won't sign with a lesser team.
