West Virginia sophomore Dalton Pepper, who averaged 3.9 points last season, was granted a release from his scholarship to transfer to another school, Mountaineers coach Bob Huggins said.
Huggins said the 6-foot-5 guard from Levittown wanted to play closer to home.

I guess maybe Temple or Villanova would get him closer.
Schemes shouldn't be employed to cover weaknesses, but to enhance team strengths.
