Pitt to host College GameDay in January
Thursday, August 11, 2011
By Ray Fittipaldo, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Pitt basketball will play host to ESPN's College GameDay television program Jan. 21 at the Petersen Events Center. Pitt's opponent for that Saturday night game will be Louisville.
The Panthers have hosted the popular pregame show once before, on Jan. 13, 2007, when the Panthers defeated Georgetown, 69-60.
In its usual format, the show, which features popular analysts such as Bob Knight and Digger Phelps, airs live from 11 a.m. to noon and 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tip-off for the Panthers-Cardinals game is scheduled for 9 p.m.

Nice!!!! One of these days I gotta get to a Pitt game and see the zoo. Looks like a great and crazy environment on tv.
Schemes shouldn't be employed to cover weaknesses, but to enhance team strengths.
