I'm not very confident in Lincoln stopping the bleeding against the Brewers or our bats coming to life against Greinke.

Lincoln has looked terrible in every appearance since his recent recall. His pitches lack movement and deception. His 6-12 looking break looks easy to pick out since the break is pretty typical.

A positive from Game 1 is that Karstens had his best start in a good while going 7 IP giving 2 runs with 5 Ks and 1 BB. His control still isnt back since he only threw around 65 strikes out of 100+ pitches but a strong outting nonetheless.

Tip for Clint Hurdle :

Milwaukee has KILLED our left handed relievers. Watson served up batting practice and Beimel has gotten killed against the Brewers this eyar. coming into this game, Beimel has a Batting Average Against vs. the Brewers of .1000 which means he isn't getting them out
