    Default OSU vs Pitt

Pitt passed a pretty tough test today when they beat Oklahoma State 74-68. Ashton Gibbs scored 17 points that included 3 free throws in the last 17 seconds. His back to back 3 pointers gave Pitt a 16 point lead in the second half.

Pitt dominated the boards with a 43-25 advantage while Pitts defense held OSU 42% shooting in the second half, they started the second half by going 4 for 13 from the floor.
Schemes shouldn't be employed to cover weaknesses, but to enhance team strengths.

Pitt seems to be getting better from game to game on the boards. That was a struggle for them early on. I figured that Jamie would eventually fix that with this team since rebounding and defense have always been his trademarks. They're getting better at both it looks like. This team has improved a lot since that Long Beach State game.

Didn't get to see the Long Beach State game, but this team looked real impressive and machine like at times. The Panthers are gonna be real dangerous by the end of the season based on what I saw today.
