This thing goes on and on. Latest word is that Petersen at Boise State has told them to get lost. We get it. This is a toxic situation and a job that is not going to attract a big name. The program is going downhill and the decision makers want it that way. No more "football rules" in Happy Valley. A statement has been made.

Still, there's a stadium to be filled and a Big Ten football program to be maintained. An entire recruiting year has been blown off. The search for the "right guy" keeps bumping into a seemingly endless night. Does anyone have any idea what's going on in the bunker under Beaver Stadium?

They should just give the job to Bradley and be done with it. He's the only one that publicly stated he wants it. I feel he would provide stability,at any rate,the next 5 or so years are going to be rough and lean at Happy Valley.
