Terry Bradshaw won't sing and dance in Vegas.

As least not in his own one-man show, which he'd planned for years and was scheduled to being rehearsing Monday. Bradshaw, in a phone interview, says he this week called it off: "I don't have the energy, having traveled to (Fox's Los Angeles studio) every week. It was a project three years in the making. I'm tired."

The show was intended to involve standup comedy, hoofing and crooning for an ex-NFL quarterback who has put out Christmas albums and done movie cameos -- including a nude scene in the film Failure to Launch. Bradshaw says "athletes are pigeonholed" and he "just wanted to do the show even just once and say, 'what's next on the bucket list?' ''

Still Bradshaw, who also this week decided to put his Oklahoma horse breeding ranch up for sale. And now, besides TV, he's focusing on one thing: "I had a long talk with myself, Tebowed it -- got down on my knees praying. What do I want to do? I enjoy my public speaking. That's what I love doing. It's what I'm good at."

I cant help but think that Vegas is probably feeling relieved right now. I don't mind Bradshaw sparring back and forth with Jay Leno or on FOX's pre and post games but a "one man show"...

I agree with your Vegas comment.

Whenever he is on Leno I turn the channel. I almost never watch any pre-game shows but whenever I do, it is in spite of him not because of him.
