NHL All-Star Game Snubbing James Neal Is Enough To Tell You The System Is Busted
therealdealjamesneal.jpgAll-Star Games/Pro Bowls are generally a sham. They rely on voting public that generally votes based on recognizable names and then after that, the small percentage of the vote elsewhere doesn't help.
What makes it more of an issue, at least for me this year is that James Neal wasn't invited to the All-Star Game. Maybe he does after Alexander Ovechkin decided to be a cry baby and decline going after illegally hitting Zbynek Michalek.
James Neal should've been there without the need of injury.
26 goals (27th as I write this), That is 2nd most in the NHL, tied with Jonathan Toews, behind league leader Steven Stamkos who has 32. At 47 points, that is 3 more than Scott Hartnell who was given an all-Star spot ahead of James Neal as a replacement for Jonathan Towes.
Scott Hartnell?
Fartnell might be having the best season of his career so far but his best hasn't been better than James Neal's
Here's to James Neal
You deserved to be at the All-Star Game and deserved to be more than an injury replacement if you make it to the All-Star as one.

He did deserve it without ovarykins dropping out. AO is the most overrated player in the league IMO.
