Default Where to go in Buffalo?

    Hey guys!

Fell into a couple of tickets from a family member of a Buffalo Bills season ticket holder and am going to the game in late November. Are there any Steeler places to go in Buffalo? My tickets are in the 29th row at the 45. For my first opportunity to see the Steelers live at 41, I couldn't have done better if I had tried.

I don't know about Steeler places, I'd imagine they are there.

But you can't go to Buffalo and not hit the Anchor Bar on Main Street. Birthplace of the Buffalo Wing. A MUST if in the area.

I'll second the motion on the Anchor Bar, OMR. A true pilgrimage for wing lovers. As a frequent visitor to Buffalo, I would suggest staying downtown, then driving out to the game in the a.m. (the drive from Downtown Buffalo is about 20 minutes or so and you might want to give extra time on game day). Downtown has some good spots, restaurants and stuff of historical relevance. It's a good town with good folks. A bonus to staying downtown is the chance of a Sabres game. But, according to their sked, they are playing a Friday night game only... and it's against the Leafs, so it's a rough ducat to get. Enjoy the stay and bring home a Steelers win!
